How points are awarded in the Hall of Fame
The placement in our Hall of Fame is determined by the sum of each player’s 10 best results. Since we are playing 20 rounds in this tournament, it is possible to be in the top of the Hall of Fame with out participating in each and every tournament.
We use the same formula that we used in our last tournament. This formula takes it point of departure in your placing achieved compared with the number of players. After that the formula shares out the points to all participants.
The Hall of Fame formula looks as follows:
HoF-point = (n-(p-1))*(m/n)
n = number of players signed up for the tournament
p = placement by the end of the tournament
m = max. points in the tournament
m=100
Example: Buy-in with 30 participants:
1st. place: 100 point (30-(1-1))*(100/30)
16th. place: 50 point (30-(16-1))*(100/30)
30th. place 3,33 point (30-(30-1))*(100/30)
Hall of Kills:
Besides calculating the points in our Hall of Fame, we also calculate the number of kills in our Hall of Kills
Poins in the Hall of Kills will be calculated with the sum each player has earned by killing other players in mind.
If a player gets $67,67 in bounty this will be rounded up to 68. This number will be divided by 2,50 (the part of the buy-in that goes to the bounty pool). The result of this sum is the number of kills.
In this example the result will be 27 (27,2). Thus, the player will be credited 27 kills/heads
Top 5 in the Hall of Kill will meet Top 5 in Hall of Fame
